Overview
At Land Talk Pros, we are committed to delivering high-quality cold calling and lead generation services to land investors. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Service Agreement Term
All Land Talk Pros service packages are sold as a 3-month commitment. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay for the full 3-month term regardless of whether you choose to continue using the service during that period.
Early Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or request to discontinue service before your 3-month agreement has been fulfilled, the remaining balance of your full contract term becomes due immediately. For example, if you cancel after month one, the remaining two months of service fees are owed in full.
No Refunds on Completed Payments
All payments made are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any portion of the service term already paid, regardless of usage or results during that period.
After Your 3-Month Term
Following the completion of your initial 3-month agreement, your service will renew on a monthly basis unless you provide written cancellation notice before your next billing date. Monthly renewals after the initial term are not subject to the early termination fee.
No Guarantee of Results
Land Talk Pros provides outreach and lead generation services only. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, seller responses, appointments, or property acquisitions. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with lead volume or conversion rates, as results vary based on market conditions, data quality, and other factors outside our control.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Land Talk Pros management. To request a review, contact us at Kevin@landinvestorgeeks.com with your name, service purchased, and reason for the request.
