2. Services
Land Talk Pros provides:

CRM integrations (e.g., Stride CRM)

Monthly lead reporting
We do not guarantee the sale or acquisition of any property. Our service is strictly for lead generation and outreach.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date lead data or authorize Land Talk Pros to pull data

Ensure the data provided complies with all applicable laws

Cooperate during onboarding by submitting necessary forms (e.g., company name, skip-traced list, etc.)
4. Payment Terms

All service fees are due upfront (via Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, or otherwise)

Subscription renewals are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

Missed or late payments may result in service suspension
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services begin. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Service Results
While our goal is to provide high-quality leads, Land Talk Pros does not guarantee the number of leads, seller responses, or conversion rates. Results will vary based on market, data quality, and other factors.
7. Confidentiality
We agree to keep client-provided data and communications confidential and will not share, sell, or disclose it to third parties without permission.
8. Compliance and Legal Use
Clients must ensure that any data provided for outreach is legally obtained and complies with relevant federal and state telemarketing, texting, and privacy laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Land Talk Pros reserves the right to refuse service if illegal or unethical behavior is suspected.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, harassment, or abuse of our callers or systems. Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
10. Limitation of Liability
Land Talk Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including lost profits, business interruption, or client dissatisfaction.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
